Our studio has become a home for healing the body, mind & spirit of hundreds of our members for the past 25+ years. Our members are a diverse group of practicioners that include different age groups, body mobility capabilities, those with special needs, and new and advanced yogis!
We specialize in one-hour classes, where members can cross-train, lose weight, practice yoga and Pilates or enjoy fun classes such as Zumba!, kickboxing, aerobics, weights training and hula hoop. Classes combine traditional techniques with modern props to create a safe and challenging workout for the entire body.
YFE is a safe, non-competitive, and peaceful atmosphere. Classes include many forms of yoga such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin and Flow and incorporate yoga philosophy, deep breathing techniques and meditation.
